Rosie Marie Dickens McCullough, 86, a long-time resident of Grand Prairie, died on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at a care center in Red Oak, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 E. Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas, 75050. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Sparkman Hillcrest Memorial Park. Rosie was born on November 21, 1928 to the late Marshall E Dickens and the late Myrtle Samples Dickens. She was born in Terrell, Texas, the oldest of 7 children. She would move to Grand Prairie where she would live the majority of her life. Survivors: children, Eddie Lee McCullough, Diane Bannister and her spouse Roy; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Blair and her spouse Andy and Dorothy McCullough. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Lee McCullough; children, Larry Boswell, Gale Brunson; grandchild, Courtney Brunson; siblings, Douglas Dickens, Ray Dickens, Shelia Fortune and Paul Dickens.
