Cynthia Gayle Richardson, 74, passed away in her Grand Prairie home on December 13, 2015 following cancer illness. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 on Tuesday, December 22nd in the chapel of the First United Methodist Church of Grand Prairie, 122 N Center Street. Gayle was born in Fort Worth, Tx. on April 7, 1941 to Raymond and Kathryn Roberts. She grew up in Grand Prairie, Tx., graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 1959 and attended UNT. Gayle had a long career at Lockheed-Martin where she was a valued employee. In retirement, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends and traveling to Colorado. Gayle was preceded in death by her beloved, Frank Gregory. She is survived by her two daughters, Susan Richardson and Pamela Reeves; son-in-law, Russell Reeves; sister, Paula Martin; nieces, Dana Fay and Jill Gallagher. She will also be dearly missed by Lori Chase, Chad Gregory, Keri and Neil Gustavsen and Jason Gregory. Gayle was a loving Nana to 11 grandchildren. She was cherished by many friends and will always be remembered for her easy going warmth, kindness and generous spirit. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in her name to the Heart to Heart Hospice Foundation. The Heart to Heart Hospice Foundation was created with a general mission of promoting the quality of life for individuals and organizations dealing with life-limiting illnesses, in conjunction with providing support for their caregivers, families and other members of the community. The mission of the Foundation also includes educating the community about end-of- life care, and palliative care philosophies and programs. Benidito “Benny” Caudillo, 72, of Grand Prairie, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2015. Visitation: 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2015 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 E. Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas, 75050, where a Prayer Service will be conducted at 6 followed by Rosary at 7. Benny was born April 15, 1943 in Clovis, New Mexico and was a long-time resident of Grand Prairie where he raised his family. He was the owner-operator of Caudillo Trucking. To many he was known as “hefe” and “Diamond T”. He loved fishing and caring for his horses. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dora Caudillo; children, Doranda Caudillo, Rayne Caudillo, Christie Tinlin all of Grand Prairie and a son, Michael Caudillo of Killeen; grandchildren, Marco, Monica, Michelle, Melody, Mariah, Jasmine, Anissa, Alyssa, Alexandria, Spencer; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Virginia, Amya, Aria (the side kid), Aliyah; siblings, Joe, John, Elias, Chavell, Bobby; sisters, Frances Torres, Betty Caudillo, Rose Virgen, Martha Washington, Angela Gomez; a number of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Josephine Caudillo; brother, Pete Caudillo and a granddaughter, Destiny Arispe.

Carolyn Pryor, loving known to those closest to her as “Mimi”, passed from this life to eternal life on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at a local hospital following a lengthy illness. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 4, 2015 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home. Funeral: 11 a..m. Tuesday at Indian Hills Baptist Church, where she was a member for more than twenty-five years. Carolyn was born on April 22, 1941, the 5th of 6 children born to the late Ivy Floyd Pope and the late Jennie L. McCutchan Pope in Rotan, TX. Carolyn was a proud mother and homemaker, always the consummate caretaker for her family. Known for having a “green thumb”, she was always working with her plants and flowers. She enjoyed spending time at Pat’s Plants, assisting in the business as her time and health allowed. She was an avid reader, and especially loved reading mystery novels. Carolyn loved music, and was a collector of music from the 50’s. She is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Ned Pryor; children, Carolyn Livingston and her spouse Wayne, Nedra Ragsdale and her spouse Tony, Melody Horton and her spouse David; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth “Butch” Pope and his spouse Mary Frances, Neal “Crawford” Pope and his spouse Sharon and a large extended church family and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Billy Pope, Charles Pope and Wilma Pope. Pallbearers: Josh Pryor, Sterling Ragsdale, Tony Ragsdale II, Shawn Ragsdale, Chaney Horton, Luis Diaz Livingston, Roger Pope and Shawn Pope.
