Frances Loretta Moore Kelly, 76, a native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and resident of Arlington, died on Thursday, July 24, 2014 in Ft. Worth. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 E. Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas, 75050. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Tuesday at DFW National Cemetery. Frances was born on December 6, 1937, the oldest of 8 children born to the late Lee Francis Moore and the late June Moore. She would retire after working many years as a seamstress for Vought Defense Contractors in Grand Prairie. Survivors: children, Lee “Sonny” Kelly and his wife Vernice, Catherine Beasley and her husband Steven, Maureen Brand, Laura Leslie, Colleen Ronco and her husband John; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Gretta Andrews; brothers, Dick Moore and Mike Moore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Kelly Sr. on January 6, 2004.
