Mary Jessie Alvarez, 47, entered into eternal life on February 17, 2016. She was surrounded by her family and friends. Mary Jessie was born on February 19, 1968 in Dallas, Texas. She was a long time resident of Grand Prairie, Texas. Mary Jessie adored her whole family and many friends. She married the love of her life, Jessie Nieto on December 28, 2015. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend. She was always smiling and wanting to help anyone she possibly could. Her laugh was infectious. She had the biggest heart which will be missed by many. She is survived by her husband, Jessie Nieto; children, Jessie Nieto and his spouse Kelly, Ricardo Nieto, and Orlando Nieto; 7 grandchildren, Dezirae, Allena, Mia, Ricky, Ivan, Angie, and Vincent; Mother, Eliza Alvarez; Father, Richard Lopez; siblings, Mario, Renee, and Annalisa; Grandmother, Antonia Suarez and numerous family members. Visitation to be held from 5 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church. A rosary will take place at 7 p.m. Mass to be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016 at Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church. Committal service following mass.
